My partner had some hints to shop here for my Christmas present. So he went and was in line as they were not open yet. . The lady opened the door and he proceeded to enter and was barked at quite rudely to back off and move. The manner in which he was talked to as the employee needed to bring a cart outside was pretty tactless and raised the eyebrows of a few potential customers in line . My partner was quite taken aback and thought to just turn around and go elsewhere. We are encouraged to spend and support locally. It's a shame somepeople have to behave in such a manner that it leaves a bad taste in your mind . Merry Christmas and hopefully in the new year they will treat their customers with a little more tact and grace. After all you are charging a premium dollar for your products. Great locally owned store! The curated selection is fantastic - sophisticated with a hint of sass. It oozes personality. My favourite things: the hammered copper mugs and cups, the jewelry selection, the collection of purses. If you're looking for a cute gift for someone or to spruce up your own home, you can't go wrong here.

Exceptional quality / wide variety of treasures, clearly chosen with a full heart, are found within Ma Maison.The Owners & Team genuinely care about their clients. There isn’t anything they won’t do for you during your visits into their beautiful shop, over the phone or on their fabulous website, as you easily shop on line - of which I do frequently. So easy!Very safe as well, regarding Covid-19 protocols.My Family & I have been clients for years & have felt like we are now part of the Ma Maison Family. Every visit made reminds me how truly fortunate we are to have this gorgeous, people centric, shop in the heart of our community.

One of my favorite stores! They have a great selection of gifts! Whenever I don't know what to offer, whether it's for a hostess gift, a birthday gift or for Christmas, I always find great ideas there. They can also make deliveries which is great because I am not often in town.They have an amazing customer service and everyone there is so kind! I'm always greeted by a big smile and an unreal positive energy!I really recommend this place!

Wall-to-wall, floor to ceiling selection of home decor, pillows, throws, mugs, baby gifts, and general 'I want it now!' Local owners and staff that truly care set this gem aside. Best of all: very reasonable prices, I've never walked out without a bag of goodies :)

I want to shop here more often, but I find the atmosphere to be hit and miss. There is often more than one employee too distracted in tasking or conversation with one another and not a lot of attention paid to the customer.Their selection is amazing, but I’d like see a variety of priced items rather than all high end. I will continue to try and support locally owned/run businesses, so I’m hoping to see improvements.

A great variety of items and excellent customer service. I've had not only good shopping experiences but also: free gift wrapping services, item holds, specialty orders, a replacement item that they completely took care of for me and great staff that help choose gifts for my corporate clients, friends and family members. This store is a great resource in our town.

Excellent customer service! Mark went out of his way to help me with an online order I was having difficulty placing due to systems issues. He made sure my item was secured until I could process the order and was kind enough to add a little something extra to the package for my patience. I would definitely shop online here again and if I ever head west from Michigan, I'll be sure to stop in.

The store has so many beautiful items. Whenever I'm in the store and when the owner is in she is so Bubbly and so friendly. The staff is always so Helpful!

I really wish I could give them a better review. I think they have a lot of nice stuff, and I used to always love going in there. I was given a gift card for my birthday, and had been signed up with their birthday club - you get a percentage off on your birthday. It's been two years and each year I receive every other offer via email, but not the birthday offer. It's not a big deal - I mentioned that it was my birthday and I didn't receive the birthday coupon - I was told rather curtly that I had made an error signing up (this has happened now two years in a row I've been told this) and that I'd have to wait until next year (again). I was then ignored at the store. I thought maybe it was just the person that day. I went back another day with my $200 gift card in hand and wanted to look at some items - was ignored while the people in the store conversed with their friends. I gave my gift card back to my wife and said even though they have nice things I just can't go there anymore. Too bad for me.
